Johnny takes great pride in assisting others. Before he began working in insurance in 2019, he was a medic in the U.S. Army. Johnny welcomes the opportunity to help others with their auto, home and life insurance. Outside of work, Johnny and his wife enjoy watching their son perform with the Stephenville Yellow Jacket Band. He also enjoys smoking meats.

Ranita Oliver serves as Sales & Service Manager with the Agency, working side by side with her husband, Shane, to build a business they are truly passionate about. She brings a people-first approach shaped by 15 years at Center for Life Resources in Brownwood, along with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Ranita and Shane have been married for 25 years and are proud parents of two daughters, ages 22 and 19, who attend Howard Payne University. She values relationships, integrity, and creating a customer experience that feels personal, responsive, and trustworthy.

Shari Griffith is a retired teacher who recently transitioned into the insurance industry. With a lifelong passion for helping others, she brings patience and a strong sense of service to her work. After recently relocating to Brownwood, Shari is excited to serve the local community and build lasting relationships by helping customers protect what matters most.
Julie Washburn has worked for the agency as a licensed insurance professional since January 2012. She is happily married to J.Tom Washburn. They have been married for 42 years. Have 2 grown sons, 2 beautiful daughter in laws, and 5 amazing grandchildren. Julie enjoys painting, sewing, teaching children’s Bible classes, and taking care of her 9 chickens and two little dogs. Faith in God and family always comes first.
Jaicea has been with our agency as a fantastic customer service rep for five years now. She takes pride in helping customers feel properly taken care of and know their policies. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Her interests include watching crime documentaries and taking naps. We are proud to have Jaicea as a member of the Oliver Agency Family.
Johnny is one of our tenured new business specialists, having been with the agency for over six years now. Johnny love's talking to customers about their coverages and helping see they understand them. He takes pride in what he does but absolutely loves discussing people's homes and getting them as close to completely covered as possible. Johnny is never truly away from Allstate, but when he is not discussing insurance, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. His interests include watching the Cowboys, Mavs, and Rangers play...and occasionally win. He also enjoys sitting on his back patio smoking ribs, brisket or anything else that strikes his fancy. We are proud to have Johnny as a member of our agencies family.
